{"id":2806,"date":"2026-07-08T16:59:39","date_gmt":"2026-07-08T13:59:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wed.selenabulgaria.com\/?page_id=2806"},"modified":"2026-07-08T16:59:40","modified_gmt":"2026-07-08T13:59:40","slug":"reglament-za-nominirane-na-biznes-ili-kauza","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wed.selenabulgaria.com\/en\/reglament-za-nominirane-na-biznes-ili-kauza\/","title":{"rendered":"Rules for Nominating a Business or Cause"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Rules set out the terms and procedure for submitting, reviewing, and evaluating nominations within the framework of <strong>Sales Club Conference 2026<\/strong>, <strong>Women\u2019s Entrepreneurship Day Bulgaria 2026 (\u0414\u0435\u043d\u044f\u0442 \u043d\u0430 \u0436\u0435\u043d\u0430\u0442\u0430 \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u043f\u0440\u0438\u0435\u043c\u0430\u0447)<\/strong> and <strong>Leadership forum 2026<\/strong>, organized by <strong>the Bulgarian Association of Women Entrepreneurs \"Selena\"<\/strong>, hereinafter referred to as the <strong>\"Association\"<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Eligibility to Submit Nominations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A nomination may be submitted by an individual, legal entity, non-governmental organization, foundation, association, social enterprise, or another representative of a civic, social, or business initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both third-party nominations (of an individual, organization, business, or cause) and self-nominations are permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Subject of Nomination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following may be nominated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>causes with a public, social, educational, health-related, cultural, environmental, or other significant focus;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>non-governmental organizations (NGOs), foundations, associations, and civic initiatives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>businesses that develop and implement sustainable social, environmental, educational, healthcare, or other initiatives of significant public benefit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>projects, campaigns, or programs that make a meaningful contribution to society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer reserves the right to determine whether a submitted nomination is consistent with the objectives, values, and format of the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Nomination Submission Period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nominations will be accepted until <strong>30.09.2026 \u0433.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, or otherwise modify the nomination submission period. Any such changes will be published on the official website of the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Required Information for Submission of a Nomination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When submitting a nomination, truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information must be provided, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the name of the nominated cause, organization, business, or initiative;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a brief description of its activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the reasons for the nomination;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contact information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>links to the nominee's website, social media profiles, or other publicly available sources, where applicable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>additional materials, photographs, documents, or other supporting evidence relating to the nominee's activities, where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The person submitting the nomination is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Review and Evaluation of Nominations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All submitted nominations will be reviewed by the Organizer and\/or by a jury, committee, or panel of experts appointed by the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The evaluation may be carried out based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the social impact and public significance of the cause or initiative;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>demonstrated impact and measurable achievements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sustainability and potential for future development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>innovation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transparency of activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>alignment with the values and objectives of the initiative;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the impact on a specific community or target group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer reserves the right to request additional information, supporting documents, or clarifications in relation to any submitted nomination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer reserves the right to verify the information provided through publicly available sources or by requesting additional documentation where necessary to confirm the accuracy of the stated information and circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Acceptance, Rejection, and Disqualification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer reserves the right to reject nominations from participation if they:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>contain incomplete, false, misleading, or inaccurate information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are contrary to applicable law, public policy, or accepted standards of morality;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contain offensive, discriminatory, political, religious, aggressive, or otherwise inappropriate content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>do not align with the objectives or the format of the initiative;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>infringe the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark rights, personal data protection rights, or image rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer reserves the right to reassign a nomination to a different category if it determines that such category is more appropriate based on the content of the nomination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submission of a nomination does not guarantee its approval, selection, public presentation, receipt of an award, or inclusion in the event program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Publicity and Use of Submitted Materials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By submitting a nomination, the person submitting it declares that they have the legal right to provide the relevant information, photographs, texts, logos, videos, links, and any other materials included with the nomination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The person submitting the nomination grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted materials solely for the purposes of reviewing and evaluating the nomination, as well as promoting and publicizing the initiative, including through the official website, social media channels, media publications, presentations, and printed or digital promotional materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u041e\u0440\u0433\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0437\u0430\u0442\u043e\u0440\u044a\u0442 \u043d\u044f\u043c\u0430 \u0437\u0430\u0434\u044a\u043b\u0436\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u0434\u0430 \u043f\u0443\u0431\u043b\u0438\u043a\u0443\u0432\u0430 \u0432\u0441\u0438\u0447\u043a\u0438 \u043f\u043e\u0434\u0430\u0434\u0435\u043d\u0438 \u043d\u043e\u043c\u0438\u043d\u0430\u0446\u0438\u0438.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The person submitting the nomination represents and warrants that the submitted texts, photographs, videos, graphic materials, logos, and any other files do not infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If any third party asserts claims in connection with the submitted materials, the person who submitted the nomination shall bear full responsibility for such claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Ethical Principles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer encourages nominations that reflect the core values of the initiative, including entrepreneurship, sustainable development, social responsibility, professional ethics, innovation, equal opportunities, and a meaningful contribution to society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer reserves the right to reject nominations whose activities, public conduct, or reputation are inconsistent with these principles or may adversely affect the reputation or integrity of the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By submitting a nomination, the person submitting it consents to the processing of the personal data provided by the Organizer solely for the purposes of administering the nomination, contacting the nominee or nominator, reviewing the nomination, and communicating in connection with the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation and the published Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11. Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The person submitting the nomination declares that the information provided is accurate and that the submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer shall not be liable for any false, incomplete, inaccurate, or unlawfully submitted information, materials, or claims provided by the person submitting the nomination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decisions of the Organizer and\/or the appointed jury regarding the eligibility and evaluation of nominations are final and not subject to appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12. Amendments to the Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Organizer reserves the right to amend, supplement, or update these Rules, as well as to modify deadlines, categories, evaluation criteria, or evaluation stages whenever necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) beyond the Organizer's reasonable control, the Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, terms, or manner in which the initiative is conducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The current version of these Rules will be published on the official website of the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>13. Contact Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For any questions regarding the nomination process, participants may contact the Organizer using the contact details published on the official website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>14.
