Article 3. The online store is accessible at the Internet address https:\/\/wed.selenabulgaria.com\/, through which Users have the opportunity to conclude contracts for the purchase and delivery of goods\/services offered by the online store, including the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To perform lawful actions for browsing the online store and using the services for information provision;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To make electronic statements in connection with the conclusion or execution of contracts with the online store through the interface of the online store's website or through external third-party services available on the Internet;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To conclude contracts for the purchase and delivery of goods\/services offered by the online store;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To make any payments related to the contracts concluded with the online store, in accordance with the payment methods supported by the online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To receive information about new goods\/services offered by the online store;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To browse the goods\/services, their characteristics, prices, and delivery terms;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To be informed about their rights arising from the law, primarily through the interface of the online store's website;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To exercise the right of withdrawal from a distance contract for the goods\/services offered by \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd., where the right of withdrawal is applicable;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 4. \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. delivers the goods\/services and guarantees the rights of the Users as provided by law, in accordance with the principles of good faith, established practices, and the standards of consumer or commercial law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 5. (1) Users conclude a purchase and sale contract for the goods\/services offered by the online store through the interface of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd., available on the website https:\/\/wed.selenabulgaria.com\/ or through another means of distance communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(2) Under the contract for the purchase and sale of goods\/services concluded with the Users, \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. undertakes to deliver and transfer ownership of the goods specified by the User through the interface, as well as to provide the services specified by the User through the interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(3) Users shall pay the Supplier a fee for the delivered goods\/services in accordance with the terms specified on the website and these General Terms and Conditions. The fee corresponds to the price announced by the Supplier on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(4) \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. delivers the goods\/services ordered by the Users within the timeframes and under the conditions specified by \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. on the online store\u2019s website and in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(5) The delivery fee, if provided by \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd., is determined separately and explicitly from the price of the goods\/services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 6. (1) The User and \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. agree that all statements between them related to the conclusion and execution of the purchase and sale contract may be carried out electronically and through electronic statements within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and Article 11 of the Electronic Commerce Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(2) It is presumed that the electronic statements made by the Users of the website are made by the individuals specified in the information provided by the User during the payment process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
V. Use of the Online Store<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 7. (1) In order to use the online store to conclude contracts for the purchase and sale of goods\/services, the User must select one or more of the offered goods\/services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(2) By clicking the button to confirm the General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy on https:\/\/wed.selenabulgaria.com\/, the User declares that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, agree with their content, and unconditionally undertake to comply with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(3) When making a purchase, the User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Technical Steps for Concluding a Purchase and Sale Contract<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 9. (1) Users use the interface on the website of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. and\/or a partner website to conclude contracts for the purchase and sale of the goods\/services offered by \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. in the online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(2) The contract is concluded in Bulgarian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(3) The contract between \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. and the User consists of these General Terms and Conditions, available on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(4) The party to the contract with \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. is the User who has requested the purchase of a good\/service from the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(5) \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. includes in the interface of its website technical tools for identifying and correcting errors in the input of information before the statement for concluding the contract is made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(6) This contract is considered concluded from the moment the General Terms and Conditions are accepted through a statement on the website of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. The contract for the purchase and sale of a good\/service is considered concluded from the moment it is requested by the User through the interface of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(7) For the conclusion of the contract for the purchase and sale of a good\/service, the Supplier or its commercial partner expressly notifies the User in an appropriate manner via electronic means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(8) The statement for concluding the contract and the confirmation of its receipt are considered received when their recipients have the ability to access them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(9) \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. provides the goods\/services to the Users and bears no responsibility in cases where the information provided by the Users is false or misleading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 10. (1) Users conclude the purchase and sale contract with \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. through the following procedure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Visiting the online store\u2019s website;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Logging into the ordering system of the online store;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Selecting one or more of the goods\/services offered by the online store and adding them to a shopping list;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Providing delivery information, confirming with a code, and accepting the terms and conditions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Choosing the method and time of payment for the price;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Special Obligations of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
VI. Consumer Protection<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 11. The rules of this Section VI of the General Terms and Conditions apply to Users for whom, based on the data provided for concluding the purchase and sale contract or during registration in the online store, it can be concluded that they are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, and\/or Directive 2011\/83\/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 12. (1) The main characteristics of the goods\/services offered by \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. are specified in the profile of each product\/service in the online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(2) The price of the goods\/services, including all applicable taxes, is determined by \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. in the profile of each product\/service on the online store\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(3) The amount of any postal and transportation costs not included in the price of the goods is determined by \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. and is provided to the Users as information at one of the following points before the conclusion of the contract:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 In the profile of each product\/service on the online store website of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd.;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 When selecting the goods\/services for the conclusion of the purchase and sale contract;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(4) The method of payment, delivery, and performance of the contract is determined in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as in the information provided to the User on the website of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(5) The information provided to Users under this article is current at the time it is displayed on the website of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. prior to the conclusion of the purchase and sale contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(6) \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. indicates the conditions for receiving individual goods\/services on its website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(7) \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. or its commercial partner indicates, before the conclusion of the contract, the total value of the order for all goods\/services contained in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(8) Users agree that all information required by the Consumer Protection Act may be provided through the interface of the online store platform or via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 13. (1) The Consumer agrees that \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. has the right to accept advance payment for the contracts for the purchase and sale of goods\/services and their delivery concluded with the Consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 14. (1) Consent for Recording Material<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Leadership Forum: The Art and Lessons of Success, the participant agrees that \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. has the right to record photo and video material during the event. These materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to publishing on websites, social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and other public channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(2) Rights to Opt Out of Public Use of Image<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If individuals appear in the recorded material, participants have the right to submit a written request to opt out of its public use. Such a request must be sent to the email address info@salesclub.pro. Upon receiving the opt-out request, \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. undertakes to consider the request and cease using the respective material in the future, without being obligated to remove any materials that were already published prior to the submission of the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(3) Exceptions and Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The exceptions and rules related to personal rights and the use of photographic and video materials are applied in accordance with the applicable legislation, including the Copyright and Related Rights Act and Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 on the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation \u2013 GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 15. (1) The Consumer has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without providing a reason, to withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 days, starting from the date of acceptance of the goods, by using the standard withdrawal form available on the website of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. Information on how to exercise the right of withdrawal is available on the website of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. Consumers may also use another clear statement that can be recorded on a durable medium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(2) The right of withdrawal under paragraph 1 does not apply in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
for the delivery of goods\/services provided in accordance with the consumer\u2019s requirements or based on their individual order;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
for the delivery of goods\/services which, due to their nature, may deteriorate in quality or have a short shelf life;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
for the delivery of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to hygiene or health protection reasons;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
for the delivery of goods which, after being delivered and due to their nature, have been mixed with other goods and cannot be separated from them;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
for the delivery of sealed audio recordings, video recordings, or sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, and other periodical publications, except for contracts for the subscription delivery of such publications;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(3) If the Supplier has not fulfilled the information obligations stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract within one year and 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If the information is provided to the Consumer within the withdrawal period, the period starts from the date the information is provided. The Consumer has the right to submit the withdrawal statement under this article directly to \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. using the standard withdrawal form available on the website of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(4) In the event that the Consumer exercises their right to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside the commercial premises, \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. shall refund all amounts received from the Consumer, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date it was informed of the Consumer\u2019s decision to withdraw from the contract. \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. shall refund the amounts using the same payment method used by the Consumer in the initial transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to use a different payment method, provided that this does not incur costs for the Consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(5) The Consumer has the right to cancel the purchased ticket within 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case, the Consumer is required to notify the Organizer electronically at the email address: info@salesclub.pro. If the 14-day period is respected, the Organizer will refund 100% of the amount paid by the Consumer via bank transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(6) When exercising the right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the delivered goods are borne by the Consumer, and the amount paid by the Consumer under the contract will be reduced by the return shipping costs. \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. is not obligated to refund any additional delivery costs if the Consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery offered by \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(7) The Consumer undertakes to store the goods received from \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. and to ensure the preservation of their quality and safety during the period specified in paragraph 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(8) The Consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract with the Supplier by submitting a written statement to \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. using the standard withdrawal form available on the online store\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(9) When \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. has not offered to collect the goods themselves, it may withhold payment of the amounts to the Consumer until it receives the goods or until the Consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(10) \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. does not offer Consumers the option of freely withdrawing from an already purchased good\/service and returning the payment once a contract has been concluded with a commercial partner of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. who provides the specific good\/service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 15. (1) The delivery period of the good\/service and the starting point from which it runs are specified for each good\/service individually when concluding the contract with the consumer through the website of \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. and\/or that of its commercial partner, unless the goods\/services are ordered in a single delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(2) In the event that the Consumer and \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. have not specified a delivery period, the delivery period for the goods\/services is 30 working days, starting from the day following the dispatch of the Consumer\u2019s order to the Supplier through the online store\u2019s website and\/or that of its commercial partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(3) If \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. is unable to fulfill the contract because it no longer provides the ordered goods\/services, it is obliged to inform the Consumer and refund the amounts paid by them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 16. (1) \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. provides the goods\/services to the Consumer after confirming that the requirements for providing information to the Consumer, as stipulated by the Consumer Protection Act, have been met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(2) The Consumer and \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. agree that the requirements under paragraph 1 shall be considered fulfilled if the confirmation is made by a person who, under the circumstances, can be reasonably assumed to have conveyed the information to the Consumer \u2014 the contracting party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
VII. Other Conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 17. \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. delivers and hands over the goods to the User within the deadline specified in the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 18. The User must inspect the goods at the moment of delivery and handover by \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. and, if they do not meet the requirements, immediately notify \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. about this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
VIII. Personal Data Protection<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 19. (1) \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. takes measures to protect the personal data of the User in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(2) For security reasons concerning the personal data of Users, \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. will send data only to the email address provided by the Users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(3) \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. adopts and publishes a Privacy Policy on its website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(4) Users agree that \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. has the right to process their personal data necessary for the fulfillment of orders in the online store and the execution of the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 20. At any time, \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. has the right to require the User to identify themselves and verify the authenticity of the actions they have performed within the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
IX. Amendment and Access to the General Terms and Conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 21. These General Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 22. \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. publishes these General Terms and Conditions on the online store\u2019s website along with all their additions and amendments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
X. Termination<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 23. These General Terms and Conditions and the User\u2019s contract with \u201cSales Club\u201d Ltd. are terminated in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 upon termination and declaration of liquidation or declaration of bankruptcy of one of the parties to the contract;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 by mutual written agreement of the parties;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 unilaterally, with prior notice by either party in the event of non-fulfillment of obligations by the other party;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 in case of objective impossibility for either party to fulfill their contractual obligations;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 in the event of seizure or sealing of the equipment by government authorities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. In this case, only the contract for the delivery of the respective ordered good\/service is terminated, if the right of withdrawal applies to the respective category of goods\/services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
XI. Other Conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 24. The potential invalidity of any provision of these General Terms and Conditions shall not lead to the invalidity of the entire contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 25. For matters not regulated in this contract related to its execution and interpretation, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Article 26. All disputes between the parties to this contract shall be resolved by the competent court or the Commission for Consumer Protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
